We're looking for a top-tier Senior Backend Software Engineer with significant software experience to join our world-class engineering team to add velocity to our product development. This leadership role will work closely with the Head of Engineering to build new, bleeding-edge products while also ensuring the security, stability, and scalability of our codebase.

Responsibilities

• Backend engineering on FastAPI Python, Rust, and PostgreSQL stack
• Managing our cloud infrastructure in AWS
• Building production machine learning pipelines to generate statistical models
• Managing our DevOps workflows
• Scaling our backend and database to support millions of voter contacts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years experience in software engineering
• Familiarity with our technical stack
