Campaign Strategist Intern

Numinar is a political technology company leveraging artificial intelligence and software to help political candidates run data-driven campaigns. We've served over 400 campaigns in our last 3 years and aim to grow 500% this next year.

We're looking for an exceptional, mission-aligned Campaign Strategist intern with prior political campaign experience to work directly with hundreds of campaigns across the country to leverage Numinar's data, analytics, and grassroots outreach tools to help them win their races.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries, by support chat, email, phone, and/or video meeting
• Run virtual and/or in-person client trainings
• Proactive customer check-ins, demonstrating Numinar’s value to our clients and ensure they have the greatest ROI of our software
• As needed, provide strategic and operational advice to political campaigns, advocacy groups, and nonprofits
• Understand client questions, pain points, and opportunities
• Update onboarding, training, and implementation materials as needed for self-service support
• Document client interactions, feature requests, and bugs 
• Translate customer needs in the field into product requirements for our Engineering team

Qualifications

• Existing experience working on political campaigns
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial drive and initiative
• Willingness to help clients outside of business hours as needed
• High-energy, hard-working, extremely organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to relocate to Washington, D.C. area
